Terms and conditions
These terms apply to every order placed by a consumer on nomussmixers.com. By ordering, you accept them.
Article 1 – Seller

Article 2 – Scope
These terms apply to all offers and sales to consumers through the webshop. Separate agreements apply to business customers (hospitality, retail, events). Deviations only apply if we confirm them in writing.
Article 3 – Offer and prices
All prices are in euros, including VAT. Any shipping costs are shown in the checkout before payment. Obvious errors in the offer or price are not binding. Products are available while stocks last.
Article 4 – Order and contract
The contract is concluded as soon as you complete and pay for your order. You will receive a confirmation by email. We may refuse or cancel an order if fraud is suspected or a product is no longer available; you will then be refunded in full.
Article 5 – Payment
You pay online using the payment methods offered in the checkout. The order is only shipped once payment has been received.
Article 6 – Delivery
Delivery is made to the address you provide. Delivery times are set out in our shipping policy and are indicative. If a delivery is more than 30 days late, you may cancel the order free of charge. The risk of loss or damage passes to you on delivery.
Article 7 – Right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receipt (legal minimum). Nomuss voluntarily gives you 30 days. Notify us of your return in advance at info@cubrands.be.
- The product must be unopened and undamaged, in its original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons and because these are food products, opened bottles, cans or foam drops cannot be taken back.
- Return shipping costs are at your expense.
- We refund the purchase amount within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method.
Article 8 – Conformity and warranty
We guarantee that our products match their description. You benefit from the legal warranty. For food products, this applies up to the best-before date and with correct storage (see the label). Report any defect as soon as possible and no later than 2 months after discovering it.
Article 9 – Liability
We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect use, incorrect storage or exceeding the best-before date. Our mixers contain no alcohol; if you add alcohol, you do so at your own responsibility. Drink responsibly and not under 18.
Article 10 – Complaints
Send complaints to info@cubrands.be. We reply within 7 working days. If we cannot resolve it together, you can contact the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (consumerombudsman.be) or the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
Article 11 – Intellectual property
All texts, photos, recipes, logos and brand names on the webshop are the property of CU Brands BV or its partners. You may not use them without permission.
Article 12 – Privacy
We process your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.
Article 13 – Applicable law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of your place of residence or of Kortrijk have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory rules that protect you as a consumer.
