Shipping policy
We deliver free of charge in Belgium, usually within 2 to 3 working days, with track & trace. We ship via Sendcloud, usually with bpost.
Delivery areas and costs

Costs depend on the product and destination; you always see the exact amount in the checkout before you pay. Outside Belgium, allow 3 to 7 working days.
Processing your order
Orders placed on a working day usually ship the same or the next working day. Orders placed at the weekend or on public holidays ship the next working day. As soon as your parcel leaves, you'll receive an email with the tracking code.
Cans and large orders
Our cans are shipped in boxes of 12. Large orders may ship in several parcels; you'll then receive a code per parcel.
Not at home?
The carrier leaves a note and delivers the parcel to a pick-up point or tries again. If the parcel isn't collected and comes back to us, we'll contact you. A new shipment may then involve extra costs.
Damaged or incomplete parcel
Has your parcel arrived damaged or is something missing? Let us know within 48 hours at info@cubrands.be, with a photo of the parcel and the products. We'll send a free replacement or refund you.
Delays
Delivery times are indicative. Still no parcel after 7 working days? Let us know and we'll sort it out with the carrier.
